Instructions:
The last screen of the secured PayPal process, will request
shipping information for your gift certificate/s. There are
three options:
Option 1: Have gift certificate mailed to you -
Select the "Ship To" button
and your address will show in block to the right of ship to
button.
Option 2: Pick up gift certificate at Monumental
Massage office - Select the
"No shipping address required button". Call us to arrange
pick up
date and time.
Option 3: Have gift certificate mailed to recipient -
Select "Ship To" button
and enter recipient's address in the special instructions
Box.
