Swedish Massage is designed to leave you
feeling more relaxed than you've ever felt before, while at the same
time, providing you with maximum benefits of increased circulation,
flushing toxins from the body, releasing tension and headaches.
Utilizes the five Swedish massage strokes and integrates some
Reflexology and Shiatsu. My technique allows me to go deep into the
tissues to release tension without triggering pain. Based on your
individual needs, the session will be geared to meet your needs and
may include Swedish, Relaxation, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point work,
Reiki Energy Work, and other techniques.
Hot Stone Therapy

Hot Stone Therapy is a healing and relaxing
massage which combines water heated basalt lava stones, therapeutic
massage, aromatherapy and hot massage cream treatment to warm and
invigorate, release stress, creating a feeling of well being,
balance and a sense of wholeness. Focused attention can be payed to
areas of tension/pain; the stones retain heat and release it into
the tissues, melting the stress away, or full body for a total
relaxing and invigorating experience. Not recommended for pregnant
women or those with high blood pressure.
Reiki Energy Healing

Reiki is a technique for stress reduction
and relaxation that allows you to tap into an unlimited supply of
"life force energy" to improve health and enhance the quality of
life. A treatment feels like a wonderful glowing radiance that flows
through you and surrounds you. Reiki treats the whole person
including body, emotions, mind and spirit and creates many
beneficial effects including relaxation and feelings of peace,
security, and well-being. Many have reported miraculous results
including pain relief, release of muscle tension, and increased
mental clarity. Reiki is a simple, natural, and safe method of
spiritual healing and self-improvement that everyone can use. Reiki
can be combined with Massage to further enhance the healing effects
of both therapies.
Reiki Instruction

Learn Reiki so you can help yourself, friends, loved ones,
animals, and plants. An attunement will be given as well as two
manuals, certificates, and extensive information about Reiki and how
to use it. Each level will consist of 4-6 hours of instruction and
hands on experience
Raindrop Therapy

Raindrop Therapy is a technique that uses the highest quality
therapeutic-grade essential oils available. These oils which include
oils of rosemary, thyme, basil, cypress, marjoram, peppermint,
oregano, and wintergreen among others, are individually dropped
along the spine and feet and gently  massaged into the tissues. These
oils have different healing properties such as increasing
circulation, mental clarity, energy flow, relaxation, and decreasing
muscle spasms. Some oils are anti-viral and help to combat viruses
that may be lying dormant in the spine. Hot compresses are used to
drive the oils deeper into the muscles, connective tissue, and
vertebrae for increased results. Serious back problems have shown
improvement with Raindrop Therapy treatments. An oil blend called
Valor is placed on your temples and feet and a gentle energy
balancing is done. Essential oils are also massaged into your legs
and feet for gentle reflexology to help stimulate elimination.
Additional oils are massaged in to relieve sore muscles and aching
joints. The session ends with gentle traction to strengthen and
straighten the spine. The scent of these highly aromatic oils fills
the room for an exquisitely soothing treatment.
Couples Private Massage
Instruction
 3 hours, $180
Learn how to give and receive a relaxing massage to your
loved one. Learn effective massage techniques using proper body
mechanics to avoid feeling fatigued. Basic anatomy and Swedish
Massage techniques will be covered in this workshop. No massage
experience is necessary; both of you will receive a massage. The
workshop will last approximately three hours.
Canine Massage and
Reiki for Animals
$35 per session
Animals are subjected to the same physical discomforts that we
experience. All of the benefits of Massage and Reiki listed above
also apply to our four-legged friends. Animals can suffer from pain
without our knowledge but over time a simple ache can turn into a
debilitating condition. Massage and Reiki can be used to keep your
animal happy and healthy or can be used as a method to relieve pain
from injuries, surgeries or disease. Instruction can be given during
the session so that you can learn the basics of canine massage. It
has been proven that blood pressure decreases when we simply pet an
animal, so why not help yourself and treat your animal. An average
session of canine massage will last between 30 - 40 min. The length
of the session will be determined by the canine client. The session
can take place in the animals' home. Additional travel fees may
apply.
